Several unexpected things occurred, including the virus, but Linda was able to deal and solve all of them. For example, I had to leave the state after house was sold, so she arranged for us to meet in the parking lot (virus protection), so I could sign all the papers prior to closing date. It was raining, and Linda had an umbrella and hand wipes -- that's above and beyond in my book.

Prior to my listing with her, Linda gave me a summary overview of the changes in real estate sales, explanation, and things I needed to know as a seller. I was impressed by her knowledge and her sharing it with me, so that had a good understanding of what would be involved.
